Bacoor includes areas such as Molino, Zapote, Talaba and Niog. The Cavite Expressway links it to Manila, though rush-hour traffic is heavy. Flood-prone coastal zones and typhoon exposure deserve attention in every inspection.
Surrounding cities: Imus, Las Piñas, Parañaque, General Trias, Pasay and Muntinlupa. Las Piñas and Parañaque are on the Metro Manila side and tend to be more expensive.
Bacoor is a commuter value play, but flood maps and title checks come before any viewing.
Foreigners cannot own land in the Philippines. They may buy condominium units within the 40% foreign-ownership cap of the building, and may lease land for 25 years renewable for another 25. Leases up to 99 years apply only to approved investment projects under RA 12252. Houses sold with land cannot be held outright by foreigners. Buyers typically pay documentary stamp tax (about 1.5%), transfer tax and registration fees (approx.; verify locally).
