Houses lead with 525 listings, land has 68, apartments 19 and commercial 5. Three-bedroom homes number 143, four-bedroom 80, five-plus 32 and two-bedroom 33. The price-per-m² sample is smaller than the main sample, so compare carefully. See the national house listings and land listings.
Because houses come with land, foreign buyers face a legal limit, discussed below.
Antipolo is a pilgrimage city, home to the Antipolo Cathedral, and is known for its view of Metro Manila and cooler air than the lowlands. Subdivisions spread along Marcos Highway and Sumulong Highway, and the LRT-2 extension has improved rail access to Quezon City.
Traffic on the main roads can be heavy. Buyers include Manila professionals wanting more space, returning overseas Filipinos and retirees. For urban alternatives compare Quezon City and Pasig.
Foreigners cannot own land in the Philippines, which makes most Antipolo listings unavailable to non-Filipinos outright. Long-term leases or purchase by a Filipino spouse or relative are common structures, and each carries legal risk. Check the Transfer Certificate of Title, tax declarations and subdivision approvals, and deal only through licensed brokers.

Not outright, since land ownership is restricted. A lease or a legal structure through a Filipino buyer may be possible; take legal advice.
The median asking price is €136,446 in our data.
It is about 25 to 30 km east, but travel time can be long in traffic.
Antipolo's subdivisions are built around detached and semi-detached homes on small lots.
