Sabinillas, Duquesa and the hills
The municipality combines the beach settlement of Sabinillas, the Puerto de la Duquesa marina and the old inland village of Manilva with its vineyards. Gibraltar is a short drive for shopping and the airport at Málaga is about an hour. The nearby municipalities in our data are real neighbours: Casares, Estepona, San Roque, Benahavís and, further east, Marbella and Fuengirola.
Beach-front prices are higher than hillside urbanisations; compare community fees and the quality of road access on each.
