| Measure | Value |
|---|---|
| Median asking price | €192,000 |
| Middle 50% (p25 to p75) | €76,500 to €490,000 |
| Median price per m² | €2,273 |
| Median size | 190 m² |

The gap between €76,500 and €490,000 spans village plots to sea-view villas.
Roughly 60% of listings are land. Among built properties, 31 have two bedrooms, 31 three, 28 five-plus, 19 four and 13 one. Browse the national villas in Greece, apartments and commercial listings.
Olive-grove plots, ruins to restore and modern villas with pools are the typical product. Planning permission is the critical question for any plot.
Corfu Town is a UNESCO-listed old town with Venetian and British influences. The north-east coast around Kassiopi and Nissaki is pretty and expensive, the west has dramatic beaches such as Paleokastritsa, and the south is flatter and more affordable. The airport receives heavy summer charter traffic, and ferries link to Igoumenitsa.
Buyers are British, Dutch, German and Scandinavian second-home owners, plus investors in holiday lets. Compare Crete, Athens and the Halkidiki area of Kassandra.
Use a Greek lawyer and a surveyor. Check the title at the land registry (or cadastre), that the plot is buildable, and that any building has legal permits. Transfer tax is around 3.09%, with lawyer, notary and registry fees on top, and annual ENFIA tax applies. Non-EU buyers may need extra approval in border or restricted zones.
The Golden Visa has threshold levels that depend on location and property type, and Greek rules on short-term rentals have tightened, so verify current conditions. See our Greece buying guide, Greek financing and the Greece page.

Only if it is buildable. Check zoning, minimum area and access, and use an engineer.
It depends on region and type of property; check the current rules with a Greek lawyer.
Some zones need special permission. Your lawyer should confirm before you sign.
The north-east coast and sea-view villas typically command the highest prices.
