Primošten is the closest neighbour, a well-known resort town. Vodice and Šibenik lie to the north-west, while Trogir, Okrug and Split are to the south-east, with Split roughly an hour away.
EU and EEA citizens can generally buy on the same terms as Croatians. Non-EU buyers must meet reciprocity conditions and usually need approval before registering, which can take months. Property transfer tax is around 3%, with notary, court and agent fees on top.
For coastal land, check the maritime-domain boundary, building permits and whether plots are designated for building. Rental income needs registration and tourist tax compliance. See our Croatia page, financing and consultation guides.
