The very wide range, from about €300,000 condos to well over €1 million for large estate homes, makes this a two-tier market.
Houses are 40 of 67, apartments (condos and townhomes) 22 and land five. Bedrooms: two one-bed, three two-bed, 23 three-bed, six four-bed and 28 with five or more. Many large homes are built as vacation rentals with game rooms and pools.

Reunion offers golf courses, a water park, clubhouses and resort services, and many owners let their homes to holiday guests through management companies. Check HOA rules, resort fees and any restrictions on short-term rentals before you buy. Orlando International Airport is roughly 30 to 40 minutes away, depending on traffic.
Orlando is the only close market on the list. Tampa is about an hour and a half away, while Naples, Sarasota, Cape Coral and Jacksonville are in other parts of Florida.
Foreigners can buy freely in Florida, and many holiday-home buyers pay cash. Closing costs include title insurance and a doc stamp tax on the deed, usually paid by the seller. Florida has no state income tax, but property tax and insurance are real costs, particularly homeowners' insurance. Non-resident rental income may be taxable in the US, and FIRPTA withholding applies when you sell.
