Buyer's guide: Kveseti
Property for sale in Kveseti is a rural Georgian market: our 57 current listings on RealEstateAbroad have a median asking price of GEL 90,200 (Georgian lari). Of the homes that list bedrooms, most are very large, with 8 offering five or more. This is village-scale housing rather than city flats, and the data is thin.
The listing set is sparse. Property types are not classified, and we lack a price range for the middle half of listings. The median size is large at 600 m², probably because plots or big family compounds are included, and the price per m² of GEL 142 should be treated as indicative only.

In rural Georgia, check exactly what the sale includes: house, land, outbuildings, boundaries and utilities such as gas and water. Foreigners cannot own agricultural land in Georgia, so confirm the land category on the registry extract before paying a deposit; a Georgian lawyer can do this in a day. Roads and winter access can differ greatly between villages.
Our fallback comparisons are Tbilisi, Batumi and Saguramo. Tbilisi is the capital, Batumi the Black Sea resort, and Saguramo a village-style area on the list; we cannot confirm distances from Kveseti, so use them as other markets for comparison rather than as neighbours. Prices in the cities are much higher per square metre.
Foreigners can generally buy non-agricultural property in Georgia, and registration at the Public Registry is quick and inexpensive. From 1 March 2026 a property purchase qualifies for residence only above a $150,000 threshold, so a purchase at the median here would not meet it. Georgian lari prices fluctuate, so hedge currency risk if you buy from abroad.

Not agricultural land. Residential and other non-agricultural property is generally open, but verify the land category.
Since 1 March 2026 the property threshold is $150,000, which is above the median here.
Lari. We show GEL 90,200 as the median asking price.
Listings in smaller Georgian villages are often incomplete, so seek local advice.
