Grigoleti is a village on the Black Sea coast in western Georgia, near the resort town of Kobuleti and a short drive from Batumi. It offers beaches and a slower pace than Batumi's high-rise strip. Winters are mild and wet; summer is the busy season.
Of the comparison links, Batumi is the nearest, within about an hour. Tbilisi is the capital, several hours away in the east, and Saguramo is a village near Tbilisi, so they are different markets.
Foreigners can buy houses, apartments and non-agricultural land, but cannot own agricultural land. This matters for coastal plots, where land classification should be checked in the public register before you pay a deposit.

Non-agricultural land, yes. Agricultural land is restricted to citizens, so check the registry classification.
Our feed records the listing currency and has no euro conversion for GEL, so we show the original figure.
