Data come from current listings on RealEstateAbroad.
| Indicator | Value |

Unlike some neighbouring village pages, many listings here report bedrooms: 6 have three, 5 have two, 2 have four, and 1 each have one and five or more. That points to actual houses rather than bare land, which fits a median plot of 890 m² and a higher price per m² of GEL 192. Our feed does not give property types, so check each advertisement for floor area and construction status.
Aragvispiri is a village in the Aragvi river valley to the north of Tbilisi, in the mountain zone along the road towards the Greater Caucasus, with forest, reservoir and river scenery. We do not hold coordinates, so verify the precise position of each listing. It suits weekend houses, retirees and remote workers who do not need to be in the city daily. For a village closer to the capital, look at Saguramo, and for the city market read about Tbilisi. Batumi is on the opposite side of the country, on the sea, and serves a different kind of buyer.
Foreigners may own non-agricultural land and buildings in Georgia, but not agricultural land. Verify the land category and registered owner on the national registry, and ask the seller for the cadastral number. In mountain areas, also check the legal status of access roads, the risk of landslides and flooding, and whether utilities are connected.
A residence route applies for property worth at least $150,000 since 1 March 2026. Read the Georgia buying guide and the financing page, or browse the Georgia overview. Cheaper alternatives appear on the budget homes page.
