Buyer's guide: Haslev
Haslev real estate offers family houses within reach of Copenhagen's wider region: 63 of 76 listings are villas, and the median asking price is €333,828. Four- and five-bedroom homes dominate. Prices, mix and the permission rules for non-residents follow.

Sixty-three villas, 7 houses, 5 apartments and 1 plot. Five-bedroom homes account for 33 listings and four-bedroom for 28, with 11 three-bedroom and 4 two-bedroom. A tight spread, with half of all listings within about €170,000 of each other, suggests a uniform stock of detached family homes. See Danish villas, apartments and houses.
Haslev is a town in Faxe municipality in south Zealand, roughly an hour by road from Copenhagen. It is a commuter and small-town market, with Køge, Ringsted and Næstved as the regional centres. Solrød Strand and Greve are commuter towns closer to the capital and cost more per m². Vordingborg lies further south. Buyers include families who want a garden and lower prices than the capital.
Non-residents who have not lived in Denmark for at least five years need Ministry of Justice permission to buy, and holiday homes are the hardest category. Anyone buying for permanent residence has a stronger case. Typical costs include deed registration of DKK 1,850 plus 0.6% of the price, a mandatory buyer's advisory (køberrådgivning) and a building report (tilstandsrapport). Energy labels are required.

Check the Køge page. Haslev is more rural and farther from Copenhagen, which usually keeps prices lower.
If you have not lived in Denmark for five years, probably yes, from the Ministry of Justice. Exemptions exist, so confirm yours.
A condition report (tilstandsrapport), an energy label and an electrical report. Read them carefully, as they affect negotiation and insurance.
Danish mortgage-credit institutions finance up to 80% for residential homes, but non-residents often need extra documentation. Compare lenders early.
