Cramahe Township lies in Northumberland County, Ontario, on the north shore of Lake Ontario; its main community is Colborne. It is a small-town and rural setting along the Highway 401 corridor, roughly midway between Toronto and Kingston, drawing retirees, commuters and cottage buyers. We hold no coordinates in our data, so verify distances yourself.
The larger cities we list as comparison, Toronto, Calgary and Edmonton, are not neighbours: Calgary and Edmonton are in Alberta, thousands of kilometres away. Treat them as other markets.
Canada's federal ban on foreign purchases of certain residential property runs to 1 January 2027, with a replacement framework reported but not confirmed; whether it affects a given rural property depends on the property and exemptions, so ask a lawyer. Ontario also charges a 25% Non-Resident Speculation Tax on foreign buyers. These costs can outweigh any price advantage.

The federal prohibition and Ontario's 25% NRST both need checking before any offer. A Canadian real-estate lawyer can confirm eligibility and exemptions. Some listings refer to Colborne because it is the largest settlement in the township.
Colborne is the main community inside Cramahe Township, so listings may use either name. You will find extra Canadian cities in the links above only as market comparisons.
They are the country's largest markets in our data and serve as comparison pages, not neighbours. Ask the agent whether the lot has shoreline access, or whether it is simply near the lake.
The township borders Lake Ontario, but our listing data does not tag waterfront, so check each listing. If the ban or tax applies, run the 25% NRST into your budget before you offer.
