Gulf Coast Housing Partnership

Gulf Coast Housing Partnership (GCHP) is a nonprofit real estate developer founded in 2006 that specializes in creating and preserving affordable and mixed-income housing, as well as community facilities, across Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Texas. Since its inception, GCHP has developed or preserved over 3,850 affordable homes and more than 410,000 square feet of community facilities, with a focus on projects that support low-income communities and provide essential services such as health facilities.
