Andrew Fonfa is a Las Vegas-based developer who partnered with Chicago's Fifield Companies to develop Allure Las Vegas, a high-rise condominium project near the northern end of the Las Vegas Strip. Fifield Companies, with a portfolio of over 50 U.S. projects valued at approximately $4 billion, specializes in large-scale residential and commercial developments and has collaborated with Fonfa on additional upscale apartment projects in the area.
